The A-Pheran immigrants to Earth are still adjusting to human customs like not jerking off in public and having sex as casually as breathing.
They were informed of Earth customs, but over the last few years, adaptation to those customs has been slow. The A-Pherans seem incapable of noticing when they whip their cocks out and start going to town on them. Earthlings thought it would just take some practice, but it's not been that simple.
