This is a continuation of the Spongebob episode The Algae's Always Greener, where Plankton wishes he lived a nice life like Mr. Krabs, and uses an invention to change reality so that they switch places in life. Plankton ends up running the Krusty Krab, and Mr. Krabs ends up a villain who tries to steal the Krabby Patty secret formula. And in the episode, Plankton and Mr. Krabs switch outfits too, which is to say, Plankton gets Krabs' outfit, and Krabs becomes a nudist.
So in this continuation, nudist evil Krabs becomes boyfriends with Larry the lobster, and turns him into a kinky pup.
