This is a celebration of two hot boys from Seven Deadly Sins, Zhivago the beastman and Galand the demon of the Ten Commandments, and believe it or not, these aren't even all the hot guys! There's also the buff blue demon birds, True Chastiefol Guardian, and daddy Fraudrin to name a few.
And below I will explain with spoilers how this scene is possible in the actual plot of the show:

It turns out Zhivago still had some regrets after his death. He didn't get enough cocks up his ass. So when Melascula was reviving souls, he was able to crawl out of his grave (right in this spot) and encounter Galand who was terrorizing Ban, Jericho, and Elaine. Zhivago, spotting the handsome demon, immediately disrobed, which drew the attention of Galand away from the others. Galand in his amusement whipped out his massive demon cock and offered it to the horny beastman who had no choice but to admit to the commandment of truth that he really wanted that big dong inside him.
