One of the characters from the Pokemon story my boyfriend and I made together. Frank works in a secret research facility responsible for a Genesect specimen whose psychic powers basically turned the city of Veilstone gay like him. Frank cares for the Genesect.
All things considered, I really like how his junk turned out, especially for how old the picture is.
